Give the Gift of Hope This Christmas
As the Christmas season approaches, we are reminded of the incredible journeys the women in our program are on—women who have returned from incarceration, mothers working every day to rebuild stability, reconnect with their children, and create a future filled with possibility.
For many of them, this Christmas is unlike any they’ve experienced in years.
It’s a moment of safety.
A moment of belonging.
A moment where hope feels real again.
It’s a moment of safety.
A moment of belonging.
A moment where hope feels real again.
And it’s your compassion that makes that possible.
Because of supporters like you, the women we serve have taken courageous steps forward—steps toward healing, confidence, and independence.
This year, we invite you to stand with us once more and help make the holiday season truly meaningful for the women and families in our care.
Your generosity will help provide:
-
Warm holiday meals and essential household items for women transitioning into stability
-
Gifts for mothers and children who are rebuilding trust and family connection
-
Transportation, clothing, and housing support that keeps women on track as they rebuild their lives
-
Moments of joy, dignity, and celebration—powerful reminders that they are valued, supported, and never alone
Your gift is more than a present. It’s a message: Your future is worth fighting for. It’s a reminder that second chances are real—and that their community believes in them.
This Christmas, we invite you to help create something truly special. Together, we can brighten the season for women who are bravely transforming their lives and building something better for themselves and their families.
Thank you for your kindness, your partnership, and your belief in the resilience of the women we serve. Because of you, hope finds a home here.

DA OFFICE IGNORES VICTIMS OF CRIME UNTIL ITS TIME TO PUNISH THEM
By Yehudah Pryce – Contributing Writer
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office (LADA) provided little support to justice-involved community members who have been victims of crime, according to a new survey of social service recipients at Turning Point (TP), a South Los Angeles non-profit social service provider, and the DA Accountability Coalition (DAAC).
